Job Summary
Senior Project Manager responsible for leading cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area for enterprise, consumer goods, and/or services clients. Oversee projects from initiation through completion, coordinate design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders, track financials and milestones, and drive process improvements. Daily tasks include managing projects from design through financial closeout, leading teams of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, and client stakeholders; providing regular status updates; developing risk management plans; ensuring documentation quality; and coordinating with vendors to ensure compliance with project policies. Travel up to 60% is required; remote-work arrangement is available with regional travel. Minimum requirements include a 4-year degree in a related field and 10-15 years of PM experience; preferred credentials include LEED or PMP certification. The role does not sponsor visas and requires authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
- Travel requirements up to 60%
