Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex commercial construction projects from pursuit through closeout; mentor and develop project teams including Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers; build and maintain client relationships; drive pursuit interviews, pricing, and strategic decisions; negotiate contracts, create budgets, develop cost projections, and execute buyouts and closeouts within 90 days; represent Barringer in client meetings and presentations with professional polish; manage budgets, schedules, and construction plans, and navigate risk ahead of time to ensure project success.
