Job Summary
Senior Lead Estimator to head conceptual through hard-bid estimates for commercial construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale–Miami market. Lead estimating and preconstruction, coordinate pricing with subs and vendors, develop budgets and takeoffs, and mentor junior staff. Will work with operations, project management, and leadership to drive estimating standards and department growth; requires ownership, hands-on leadership, and ability to present estimates to clients. Proficiency with estimating software (SmartBid), takeoff tools, and MS Office; experience with negotiated work, GMP delivery, CMAR, or Design-Build preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial construction estimating/preconstruction experience
