Construction Scheduling Manager

Develop and update construction schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud or similar tools, defining milestones, deliverables, and task dependencies. Track project progress, adjust timelines to meet goals, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders. Conduct schedule review meetings to address risks, align on timelines, and support senior leadership with monthly reports. Identify schedule risks, develop contingency plans, and monitor critical paths to prevent delays. Train team members on scheduling tools, maintain documentation, and mentor staff to enhance proficiency. Report to senior leadership with the opportunity to make a significant organizational impact. Full-time in-office role available in Houston or Austin.
