Job Summary
Develop and maintain Linear Schedule Method and Critical Path Method schedules using Primavera P6 for a 286MW simple-cycle power generation project. Create, baseline, and update cost- and resource-loaded schedules while tracking earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow curves to identify risks and trends. Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams to align schedules with project goals, perform time impact analysis, and support recovery planning. Generate schedule reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders while independently managing project controls activities. Work onsite approximately 75% of the time in Eagle Mountain, UT, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience developing and managing resource- and cost-loaded schedules for EPC, utility, heavy industrial, or large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of earned value management (EVM), schedule performance metrics, and project controls principles
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work onsite approximately 75% of the project duration
Desired Qualifications
- Power generation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with TILOS, Acumen, or other project controls software
- Experience collaborating with design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to support project execution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated with excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Ideally seeking candidates who reside in Utah or within close commuting distance
