Job Summary
Construction Scheduler, NA — On-site in Goodyear, AZ, responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules across the data-center lifecycle. Create conceptual and detailed schedules, define activities with durations and logic, perform resource loading, and conduct schedule analyses. Lead Time Impact Analysis and Claims analysis; run Monte Carlo and other risk analyses; use Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Procore, and Power BI to monitor performance and generate management reports. Collaborate with Construction, Sales, Operations, New Site Development, and Engineering, and coordinate with partner contractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Travel 10-20% as required. Strong communication skills to convey scheduling concepts clearly to stakeholders; knowledge of cost estimating principles and data-driven planning is required. The role emphasizes hands-on scheduling leadership within a programmatic framework to accelerate speed to market for data-center projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Estimating, or relevant functional discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Data Center experience preferred
- Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Experience with Primavera Scheduling Software (P6, latest Version)
- Procore & Power BI experience preferred
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word) proficiency
- Travel 10-20% per business needs
