Job Summary
Join McAlvain Construction as a Construction Scheduler and leverage your expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling within commercial projects. Your role will involve developing detailed project schedules, monitoring Schedule Performance Indicators (SPIs), and providing scheduling support to project teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of scheduling experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and knowledge of software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a scheduler for commercial construction projects
- Strong background in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction trades and scheduling theory
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Outbuild
- Experience using scheduling software like Primavera and Microsoft Project
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in risk and safety management
- Ability to document delays clearly
