Job Summary
Construction Sales Representative responsible for developing new business opportunities and revenue growth in the assigned territory; builds strategic customer relationships with construction companies, milling/paving contractors, aggregate facilities, and site development firms; participates in pre-construction activities, develops pricing strategies, prepares quotes, and aligns with operations and leadership to ensure successful bids and project execution; targets large-scale opportunities across plants and quarries, and collaborates with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and procurement managers to drive sales and market intelligence; requires high travel (51%+) and a hybrid work-from-home arrangement in the West Region, with emphasis on relationship management, bid lifecycle knowledge, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Education: College Degree
- Experience: 3+ years’ experience with Construction sales – milling/paving contractors, aggregates, or civil construction firms preferred
- RFP & Contract Management: Experience managing RFP/RFQ responses, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite and with CRM tools
