Job Summary
Promote and sell insulation products to residential and commercial customers. Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation requirements, provide detailed estimates, and tailor solutions to customers' energy goals. Generate leads through networking and proactive outreach, collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction, and maintain thorough records of interactions and follow-ups. Requires frequent travel, reading blueprints, strong negotiation and closing skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of insulation and fireproofing is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
