Job Summary

Sales Manager to drive growth across construction materials and interior products for residential, multifamily, senior living, and commercial construction customers. Responsible for developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and growing revenue and gross margin. Primary customer-facing role coordinating with purchasing, operations, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure successful project execution. Focused on sales generation, account growth, market expansion, vendor relationships, and coordination of imported product programs; responsibilities include territory/account growth planning, customer visits, proposals, quotations, pricing, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Secondary duties involve vendor relationship management, import program coordination, and inventory coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, technology, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of construction materials, building products, interiors or related experience (e.g., residential construction, multifamily and/or senior living)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage a professional network within real estate, construction, or development industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to operate independently while aligning with executive leadership
