Job Summary
Prospect, generate leads, and conduct customer presentations to drive market share growth within the Osceola, MO; Sugar Creek, MO; Joplin, MO; Oswego, KS; and Fort Scott, KS territory. Manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion by coordinating project details, communicating with internal teams, and supporting the build through to completion. Hire and manage subcontractors while navigating permitting requirements and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure seamless experiences backed by superior warranties. Must reside within 30 miles of the territory within 30 days of hire. Requires 2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience. Starting pay of $65,000 to $85,000 with commission, plus a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years sales or account management experience
- 5 years of construction management experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Capability of maintaining an accurate and organized sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Aptitude to grow existing market share
- Readily available during construction relative work hours
- Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to sell at or above established sales budgets
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire date
