Job Summary
Drive market share growth by prospecting, generating leads, and guiding customers through the pre-sale process while managing post-sale project coordination from pre-sale to completion. Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project, including hiring and managing subcontractors and navigating permitting requirements. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and develop a robust sales funnel to meet established budgets. This territory covers Sioux Falls, Madison, Vivian, and Platte, SD. Candidates must reside within 30 miles of the assigned area and be available during construction hours. Morton Buildings, Inc. offers structured training, a company vehicle, and a competitive commission-based pay plan ranging from $65,000 to $85,000.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years sales or account management experience
- 5 years of construction management experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Capability of maintaining an accurate and organized sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Aptitude to grow existing market share
- Readily available during construction relative work hours
- Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to sell at or above established sales budgets
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire date
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the constant changes of the construction industry and the evolving needs of multiple markets
