Job Summary
Drive market share growth by prospecting, generating leads, and guiding customers through the pre-sale process while managing post-sale project details from coordination to completion. Integrate technologies to handle complex projects from pre-sale to finish, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Coordinate all project individuals, manage subcontractors, and navigate permitting requirements for builds in the Williamsport, PA, Wilkes-Barre, PA, Allentown, PA, and Philadelphia, PA territories. Maintain a sales funnel meeting established budgets with minimal overnight travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years sales or account management experience
- 5 years of construction management experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Capability of maintaining an accurate and organized sales pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Aptitude to grow existing market share
- Readily available during construction relative work hours
- Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to sell at or above established sales budgets
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Must reside within 30 miles of assigned territory within 30 days of hire date
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the constant changes of the construction industry and the evolving needs of multiple markets
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
