Construction Safety Manager

Job Summary
Promote and maintain a safety-first culture across all construction jobsites by conducting site visits, safety walkthroughs, and enforcing compliance with internal policies and OSHA regulations. Lead incident investigations, manage risk assessments, and continuously improve safety programs through policy reviews while coordinating subcontractor safety consultants. Communicate effectively to correct unsafe behaviors and track citations and KPIs for future project use. Participate in pre-construction meetings with project teams and high-risk subcontractors. This full-time, field-based role requires frequent travel to active sites with physical demands including standing, walking, and reacting to real-time hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Deep understanding of construction safety regulations and jobsite operations
- Availability for frequent travel
