Job Summary
Safety Manager on a Las Vegas construction site responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising project safety in accordance with Federal, State, and local Health and Safety regulations and Environment (HSE) regulations. Must be CHST certified and proficient in communicating with all levels, conducting jobsite inspections, developing and ensuring adherence to safety plans (including fall protection, excavation, confined space, and crane plans), conducting safety trainings, maintaining training records, performing incident investigations, and enforcing safety standards to prevent delays and injuries.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Health Safety Technician (CHST) certification
- OSHA 500
- 5+ years of safety oversight experience on construction job sites
- Basic computer proficiency (Outlook email, Word, Excel, Bluebeam)
