Construction Safety Manager (Manufacturing & Field Operations)

Conduct manufacturing and construction jobsite safety inspections, audit fall protection, confined space, crane, rigging, welding, excavation, and heavy equipment operations, and ensure OSHA and Cal/OSHA compliance. Perform accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, develop corrective action plans, and coach supervisors and employees on safe work practices. Lead toolbox safety meetings, conduct employee orientation and training, review Job Hazard Analyses, and prepare safety reports and compliance documentation. Partner with executive leadership to achieve continuous improvement in safety performance and reduce incident rates. This role supports our 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Paso Robles and construction projects throughout California and Northern Nevada, requiring 1-2 overnight trips per week.
