Job Summary
Construction Supervisor for Growth Projects providing front-line supervision of complex brownfield and capital projects in Petroboscán. Leads construction crews and contractors, enforces safe work standards, manages SIMOPS conditions, and ensures work aligns with approved designs, schedules, and quality requirements under CPMS and OE standards. Chevron participates in E-Verify where required; operates within Chevron’s global energy activities and standards; based in Houston, Texas with project work in Venezuela.
Required Qualifications
- Front-line construction supervision for brownfield and capital projects
- Enforcement of safe work standards
- Management of SIMOPS conditions
- Ensuring work is executed per approved designs, schedules, and quality requirements
- Experience with CPMS, OE, and PDVSA standards (or analogous standards)
