Job Summary
Construction Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for construction roles, including project managers, superintendents, estimators, field engineers, and skilled tradespeople. Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks, trade schools, and referrals; screen and interview for technical qualifications and cultural fit; coordinate interviews; extend offers and manage pre-employment requirements and onboarding; maintain ATS records; build and maintain a candidate pipeline for recurring and upcoming needs; represent the company at industry events and professional associations to strengthen employer brand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within construction, engineering, or a related industry
- Familiarity with construction roles, project delivery methods (GC, CM, design-build), and jobsite organizational structures
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels — from field staff to executive leadership
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to a positive candidate experience
