Construction Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across commercial, industrial, data center, multifamily, and residential construction verticals. Build and maintain a nationwide pipeline, source and screen candidates, engage with hiring managers and clients, and drive placements in a 100% commission-based environment. Focus on delivering top talent, leveraging CRM workflows, and staying informed on industry trends and compensation benchmarks to maximize earnings and impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in agency recruiting (full desk or delivery-focused)
- Corporate recruiting within a construction company
- Contract recruiting experience
- Strong network within construction sectors (Commercial construction, Industrial/manufacturing, Data centers/mission-critical, Multifamily, Residential construction)
- Proven ability to drive results and close placements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly disciplined, structured, and self-motivated
- Comfortable operating in a 100% commission-based environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to earn at a high level
