Job Summary
Source critical craft positions including Operators, Mechanics, Drivers, and Laborers, while proactively reaching out to passive candidates. Conduct phone screens and schedule face-to-face interviews with HR and Operations teams, coordinating post-interview feedback and expediting candidates through the hiring process by minimizing delays. Participate in job fairs, including in-house events and High School/Trade School programs, and assist with seamless new hire transitions. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while representing Allan Myers professionally. This role requires a valid driver's license and is based at the regional office. Bilingual Spanish and English fluency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition or Recruiting (or related experience)
- Must demonstrate fluency in written Spanish, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to learn new technology systems
- Experience working in a position that required attention to detail, flexibility, and a high level of organization
- Ability to effectively communicate to members of leadership team, potential candidates, and Operations team members
- Must represent Allan Myers internally and externally in a positive, professional, and friendly manner
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Very experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (proficient and efficient)
