Construction Quality Control Manager

Manage all QC activities, including implementing the QC program, conducting three-phase control meetings, and reviewing shop drawings for conformance with specifications. Perform quality control testing and inspections, verify material storage and handling, and coordinate building system testing and commissioning. Create and maintain project logs, update as-built drawings, and ensure all closeout documents are submitted to the client. Chair weekly QC meetings, provide daily reports, and confront non-conformances to maintain project standards. Support the Project Manager in developing onsite procedures and assisting the contractor with contract requirements.
