Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and implement project-specific quality control programs to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Conduct daily site observations, review design and construction submittals, and certify materials before work proceeds. Manage submittal coordination, schedule QC Specialists and test engineers, and oversee corrective actions for non-conforming work. Maintain all QC documentation, logs, and reports for audit purposes. This role supports Kina'ole's Hawaii office in Honolulu and projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
Required Qualifications
- college degree in either engineering, architecture or construction management
- minimum of 5 years construction experience as a Project Superintendent QC manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager
- familiar with USACE EM385-1-1
Desired Qualifications
- experience with Federal Construction projects
