Job Summary
Lead quality management duties for construction projects, including work planning, material management, documentation, and close-out to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable execution. Coach and train project staff on quality principles, while conducting routine audits, inspections, and testing coordination with operations, consultants, and clients. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators, analyze trends for continuous improvement, and manage risk strategies to reduce exposure and optimize billing returns. Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design partners to resolve issues and support project partnering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Current certification
- Level 1 QCM
- Minimum 7 years of AEC experience
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking

- Knowledge of standards, specifications and publications of job related duties
Desired Qualifications
- AEC Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent related field experience with International Code Counsel, NICET, etc.
- USACE/NAVFAC/NRC Construction Quality Management certification
- Industry certifications for testing and inspection
- Limited travel for projects as necessary
- 3 years preferred in a Quality role
