Job Summary
The Construction Project Specialist is responsible for analyzing and monitoring architectural and engineering drawings, conducting site visits to assess conditions, identifying materials for projects, and preparing construction bidding packages. Additional duties include processing project-related payments, drafting CAD drawings, and compiling refrigeration and equipment packages. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering with 5-7 years of experience, and expertise in software tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of full-time experience in AEC industries
- Eligibility for legal employment in the US
- Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools
- Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction
- Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
