Job Summary
Seeking a Project Scheduler with 4+ years of experience for ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $20M-$300M in the DFW area. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, collaborating with project managers and field teams, and conducting site visits to ensure schedule compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of scheduling experience with commercial general contractor or construction management firm
- Strong Primavera P6 skills including writing and modifying schedules from scratch
- Strong understanding of ground-up commercial construction sequencing and logistics
- Ability to interpret field conditions, collaborate with operations teams and drive schedule accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with K-12, aviation, healthcare, industrial, or mixed-use verticals preferred
