Construction Project Scheduler - Austin Industrial

Develop and maintain project schedules, including baselines, look-ahead schedules, and weekly updates. Support schedule meetings by issuing progress curves, commodity curves, and histograms while performing resource loading and leveling. Coordinate with the project team and subcontractors to assess change impacts, develop mitigation strategies, and issue weekly analysis reports. Submit schedule updates to the customer based on change orders and field performance. Ensure weekly manpower and commodity curves are developed and issued.
