Job Summary
Construction Project Sales Manager for Atlanta—lead the commercial field sales engagement on major North American construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, building direct relationships with end users, contractors and subcontractors, and delivering SBD value-added solutions to maximize project efficiency, safety and profitability. Responsibilities include developing engagement plans, coordinating with internal teams for timely product delivery, identifying new value opportunities, managing project budgets and communicating impact metrics to leadership. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Management or Engineering), 10+ years in sales/marketing or related field, OSHA10/OSHA30 preferred, proven construction project management experience, strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to travel ~60% (remote/field-based with 60% travel). The role supports 60% travel with hybrid work in Atlanta and remote work options in the US; travel-heavy schedule and tool-ecosystem experience (MS Office, SAP) are valued. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred)
- 10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field
- OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred
- Proven construction project management experience preferred
- Ability to travel 60% of the time
