Job Summary
Coordinate administrative aspects of construction projects by facilitating communication with internal and external teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and metrics are tracked accurately. Assist project managers in developing plans, budgets, and schedules while creating comprehensive project packets to sequence tasks and meet deadlines. Generate weekly project reports for stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for administrative inquiries from subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Maintain records of project performance with staff accountants, coordinate internal manpower scheduling, and hold team members accountable via key performance indicators. Facilitate project closeout activities including documentation, final inspections, and client handover, while ensuring departmental data hygiene across all internal systems. Partner with marketing and division leadership to develop strategies aligning with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- AA, Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a construction/real estate administrative role
- Valid driver's license
