Job Summary
Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain members to support compliant project delivery. Analyze and track critical milestones to avoid schedule delays while monitoring construction progress against approved design standards. Coordinate with suppliers and consultants through weekly meetings and reporting tools, assisting in forecasting key milestones and preparing formal status reports. Provide general technical support to owners and contractors, contribute to cost control and value engineering reviews, and review project documentation from consultants. Assist in client relationship management, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities to improve internal systems. Support business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities with existing and new clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in construction project management or consulting
- Experience working in the United States is required
- Ability and willingness to work in the San Francisco office and travel to project sites as needed
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Membership in relevant professional organizations is preferred
- Experience with commercial tenant improvement or healthcare construction projects is preferred
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and managing multiple work streams
- Strong organizational and team collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and construction project management platforms such as Procore
