Job Summary
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of wind farm construction projects in Spain, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Responsibilities include coordinating planning sessions, managing staffing and resources, defining project objectives and scope, conducting risk assessments, developing detailed schedules and budgets, monitoring performance across execution phases, managing client and stakeholder expectations, documenting activities and costs, delegating tasks based on team capabilities, and providing project plan updates to managers and clients. Requires an engineering degree and 3–4 years of wind-farm project experience, strong teamwork and negotiation skills, adaptability, and willingness to travel within Spain. The role involves collaboration with and leadership of cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within approved timelines and budgets, with opportunities for professional development and a hybrid company work environment in a multinational setting.
Required Qualifications
