Job Summary
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion; develop budgets and cost estimates; ensure supplies and materials are in place to meet schedule and budget; review work progress daily; develop and manage project documentation; communicate and coordinate with management, clients, and other departments on project needs and status; requires 5 years of supervisory experience and strong customer-service orientation; residential construction/custom home experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong leadership and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a supervisory position.
- Prior experience with residential construction, custom home preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
