Job Summary
Lead cradle-to-grave execution of municipal water and wastewater treatment plant projects ($10M+), including preconstruction, CMAR coordination, and closeout. Manage project financial performance (budgets, schedules, forecasts, change orders, risk mitigation). Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, process piping, and equipment installation across self-perform and subcontracted scopes. Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and field issue resolution using Procore and Bluebeam. Lead project teams (Superintendent, Project Engineer/APM) while maintaining strong owner and engineer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience with 5+ years managing municipal water or wastewater treatment projects
- Proven cradle-to-grave experience on at least two completed treatment plant projects valued at $10M+
- Strong understanding of process piping, mechanical systems, structural concrete, and heavy civil coordination
- Experience with CMAR delivery methods and collaborative design-build environments
- Technical degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field preferred
