Construction Project Manager

Provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision, and management of personnel. Manage the project start-up, completion, and entire close-out process while developing strategies for personnel development and recruiting. Establish and maintain customer relationships, ensure accurate forecasting of costs for job completion, and provide leadership and development to the project team. Hold final say in the resolution of problems and oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans. Identify issues to the Program Manager as required to ensure project success, review and approve preliminary schedules and financial projections, and ensure construction site rules and procedures are implemented. Coordinate with the Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety goals.
