Job Summary
Manage high-volume construction projects ranging from $5,000 to $500,000, overseeing planning, design, execution, occupancy, and closeout for convenience store remodels. Interface directly with clients to define requirements, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, and quality control. Ensure timely project delivery and strict adherence to plans, specifications, and local codes. This full-time role supports Vixxo's facilities management for retail, grocery, restaurant, and convenience brands, requiring direct accountability for financial goals and project objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of direct Construction or Project Management experience and/or training
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings and forecast and prepare budgets
- Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standards to complex documents including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, work letters, detailed SOW, surveys and construction drawings
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with retail stores a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management and/or PMP certification preferred
