Job Summary
Lead, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end execution of a 100,000 sqm logistics center construction project integrating advanced automation systems. Manage and coordinate architects, engineering consultants, construction companies, contractors, and the automation/integration partner. Closely monitor project budgets, manage risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and on-site milestones. Oversee construction quality, enforce project standards, and manage the integration between building infrastructure and automated systems. Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects in industrial real estate, logistics facilities, or infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors, construction firms, engineering consultants, and design teams
- Strong expertise in budget management, project scheduling (Gantt charts), risk management, and project controls
- Excellent leadership, assertiveness, strong coordination skills, and a high-level systems-thinking approach
