Job Summary
Senior Construction Manager to oversee the overall construction of a $3B+ project. Lead and coordinate the consultants' site team (Construction Project Managers, Schedule Managers, Risk Managers, Cost Managers) and oversee multiple GC/CM staff. Ensure interface management among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; deliver project on time, within budget, and to required quality; enforce compliance and safety; provide leadership consistent with Turner & Townsend values. On-site in the London area 4 days a week. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 10-20+ years of experience; PMP/CCM certifications are preferred. Base salary range is $110k-$140k per year. Includes benefits, learning budget, and flexible work arrangements; committed to diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10 - 20+ years of proven experience in capital project manufacturing or large-scale construction projects
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are preferred
