Construction Project Manager

Manage concurrent projects from tender award through warranty completion, overseeing site personnel to ensure scheduled completions and budget adherence. Implement start-up procedures including permits and insurance, while preparing schedules, evaluating trade quotations, and issuing subcontract agreements. Coordinate shop drawings, change orders, and RFIs, attend site meetings, and facilitate liaison work with architects and owners. Administer purchase orders, process monthly invoices for payment certification, and oversee final clean-up, turnover, and close-out documentation. Promote safety across all projects and ensure accurate job cost analysis and forecasting.
