Job Summary
Construction Project Manager overseeing EPC/CM/PM activities for Transmission & Distribution projects in Houston, TX. Responsible for safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts and subcontractors, risk management, client relations, RFP/bid processes, and documentation turnover. Leads project planning, staffing, and coordination with engineering for deliverables; manages permits, insurance, bonding, and compliance; mentors interns and construction staff; drives performance against project plans, budgets, and cash flow. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of project management experience in construction; travel requirements noted as on-site with 100% travel flexibility.
Required Qualifications
