Job Summary
Construction Project Manager needed to lead all stages of the project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout for senior living, multi-family, or hotel projects. The role requires managing project budgets and schedules, determining resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) within budget, and ensuring adherence to company safety programs and OSHA guidelines. Procore experience is required for RFIs, submittals, drawings/specs, and QA/QC processes. The PM will guide superintendents, communicate with clients, and uphold company policies. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of PM experience in relevant sectors, a related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong organizational and communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style. Salary is commensurate with experience; offerings include benefits and a 401(k) plan. The role is based in or involves offices in Toledo, OH and Louisville, KY, with a focus on project management excellence and client liaison.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Construction project management, preferably in senior living, hotel, or multi-family sectors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent background)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles
- Experience with Procore project management software (RFIs, Submittals, Drawings/Specs, QA/QC)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills
- Team player with leadership abilities
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and OSHA standards
