Job Summary
Senior Construction Project Manager to lead delivery of a large-scale, mission-critical facility. Oversee from design development through construction completion and turnover, establishing execution strategies, budgets, and schedules; coordinate between client leadership, project partners, and internal teams; manage design-build or integrated delivery teams; supervise site development and critical building systems (MEP, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural); review technical submissions for standards and commissioning; provide executive-level updates on schedule, budget, and risk; lead risk management, routine site reviews, and change management; ensure readiness for commissioning and startup. Requires substantial experience in construction management, strong knowledge of MEP and high-reliability infrastructure, and proficiency with scheduling and CM software (P6, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360). Preferred attributes include a degree in Construction Management/Engineering/Architecture and certifications such as PMP, LEED, or OSHA 30, with prior exposure to hyperscale or large data center projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of construction management experience
- Experience with design-build or integrated delivery
- Experience working directly with owners or representing client interests on major projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site/civil development, structural coordination, and high-reliability infrastructure
- Proficiency with scheduling (P6, MS Project)
- Experience with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360)
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
