Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in construction project management
- PMP certification
- Proven experience in client-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Tenant Improvement (TI) and Fit-Out projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and construction management platforms such as Procore
- Strong presentation abilities
- Experience managing fast-paced projects and working with demanding stakeholders
