Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional coordination and manage full lifecycle of capital industrial/construction projects across multiple facilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, RFIs/submittals, safety/compliance, and commissioning/start-up; oversee safety, QA/QC, permitting, and local code compliance; coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and site teams; supervise equipment deliveries, logistics, and turnover to commissioning teams; travel to project sites for ongoing oversight and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years managing industrial or manufacturing construction projects ($10M+)
- Strong background with general contractors, EPCs, and construction management practices
- Familiarity with QA/QC protocols, OSHA and client safety requirements
- Skilled in stakeholder management, documentation, and subcontractor oversight
- Proficient in project controls (schedule, budget, change orders)
- Travel: Frequent regional travel to project site (approx. 50%)
