Job Summary
Conduct periodic estimating and budgeting, manage project financials, and oversee project scheduling for commercial general contracting projects. Resolve creative problems, supervise and manage superintendents, and negotiate subcontractor and supply contracts. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of 8MM+ construction projects in retail, hospitality, office, and industrial sectors. Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management with 10+ years of experience.
