Job Summary
Lead, manage, and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish; develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications; coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure milestones are met; manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; identify, assess, and mitigate risks; drive business development by nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities; prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and clients; provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sell and build business relationships to contribute to company growth
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations
