Construction Project Manager

Lead planning and execution of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, partnering with field leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes safely, on schedule, and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers while managing project performance, cost, and risk. Hire, lead, and develop project personnel, overseeing budget and schedule accuracy through proactive risk management and performance reporting. Manage procurement, approve material purchases and equipment rentals, and oversee contract administration from execution to warranty. Audit project activities to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance while building relationships with clients and partners. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement through active participation in company initiatives.
