Job Summary

Manage multiple underground utility and heavy civil construction projects from award through closeout, overseeing planning, execution, scheduling, and resource allocation. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and monthly Cost-to-Complete projections while reviewing vendor invoices and monitoring project costs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, leading project meetings and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers. Enforce site-specific safety plans, monitor quality compliance, and proactively identify risks to ensure projects deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of Project Management experience in underground utility, heavy civil, or civil infrastructure construction
  • Strong knowledge of water, sewer, drainage, deep excavation, trenchless technologies, and related construction methods
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and project reporting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Primavera scheduling software
  • Working knowledge of Sage Timberline and HCSS
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and local public agencies and contracting requirements
