Job Summary
Experienced Construction/Installation Project Manager to plan and oversee SCM projects from concept to commissioning. Responsible for budgeting, cost estimation, scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and equipment, and maintaining safety and building-code compliance. Collaborates with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key project stakeholders; pulls permits and licenses as required; coordinates construction activities around operations; tracks progress with regular reports; and leads a project team with strong organizational and communication skills. Requires 3+ years in construction/real estate, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related field, proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam, and up to 50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate and construction
- Ability to travel: 50%
- Experience managing budgets for construction management projects or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Experience in a leadership role with strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience with construction and project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam
- Familiar with state and local municipality building codes
- Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
- Excellent time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities including negotiation skills
