Job Summary
Lead end-to-end restoration construction projects from scope to completion, driving on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on quality and customer experience. Manage job profitability by aligning budgets with trade partner agreements, oversee scope discussions and material procurement, coordinate with Site Managers, Trade Partners, and homeowners, maintain documentation in PSA/contracting systems, and mentor field teams toward growth into Project Manager roles.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction or restoration project management experience (residential preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of construction scopes, trade sequencing, material selection, and job costing
- Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously with clear communication and follow-through
- Experience with project management systems (e.g., PSA, Concur)
- Proven ability to manage Trade Partners, coordinate with municipalities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
