Job Summary
Lead end-to-end restoration construction projects from scoping and kickoff to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and trade partner coordination. Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, providing regular updates and maintaining clear expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Execute daily job costing and weekly financial reviews to ensure alignment between budgets, agreements, and actual spend. Maintain accurate documentation in PSA, including work orders, inspections, and contract revisions, while mentoring assigned Site Managers on field execution and growth. Collaborate with the Production Manager to review margins and adjust strategies for success. This role requires 3+ years of construction experience and proficiency with project management systems like PSA.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction or restoration project management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of construction scopes, trade sequencing, material selection, and job costing
- Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously with clear communication and follow-through
- Experience with project management systems (e.g., PSA, Concur)
- Proven ability to manage Trade Partners, coordinate with municipalities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
