Job Summary
Manage multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards while providing communication between the Owner, Design Team, and Contractor. Collaborate with the EH&S Officer to implement safety procedures, work with the design team for cost analysis and constructability reviews, and support General Contractor RFP development. Evaluate pricing proposals, coordinate with procurement on equipment delivery, and monitor RFIs and submittals. Create and monitor project budgets, establish schedules and cash flow forecasts, and review monthly contractor invoices and change orders. Travel up to 30% of the time. This role supports Prime Data Centers' operations for major enterprise clients through ownership options and leasing models.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experience
- Data Center experience highly preferred; construction management experience required
- 5+ years' experience in commercial construction practices and procedures
- Travel up to 30%
Desired Qualifications
- Data Center experience highly preferred
- Effective presentation development and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar
